HOUSE OF COCOTTE
2028 E 7Th Los Angeles
The space had a lot of potential from the start: an exposed timber frame ceiling, huge volume, and a polished concrete floor. My focus was to create independent spaces without obstructing the view to provide comfort, privacy, and conviviality. I accentuated this feeling using warm colors and fabrics, natural wood, and plants. The variety and height of the light fixtures emphasize the perspective and highlight the different areas. The wood and steel structure of the bar, visible from everywhere, adds a Parisian brasserie atmosphere to the project.
